We work in partnership with our DCE colleagues, our markets ®ionsand the wider business to build our digital experiences,franchisesand the LEGO brand. This role drives the marketing agenda for Adult Audiences on our owned channels. You will lead the growth of the LEGO Ideas platform by developing and implementing annual marketing plans, as well as impactful campaign activations for both theLEGOGroup's tentpole campaigns and DCE led initiatives. As a subject matter authority, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the LEGO Ideas franchise marketing team, Data & Analytics, Content, and Product Leads. You will oversee owned, earned, and shared activations while enhancing user journeys to meet key performance indicators. An influential communicator, you will champion the DCE Marketing &Orchestration team's efforts through compelling storytelling, fostering collaborationto deliver impactful campaigns.
