Elite Cooling Services is a professional industrial/commercial refrigeration and air conditioning specialist based in Glasgow, Scotland.

As industry experts, our workforce specialises in the supply, installation and repair of a variety of industrial/commercial refrigeration equipment including large freezer/fridge stores, water/glycol chillers, varying sized air conditioning systems.
Location: mobile (Scotland central belt)
Salary: 39-hour week (Salary depending on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Refrigeration Engineer Role:
* Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial/industrail refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases, and chillers.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and prevent costly breakdowns.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet clients' service requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients to explain technical issues, proposed solutions, and offer expert advice on equipment maintenance and energy efficiency.
* Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks and operations.
* Keep up-to-date records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.
Refrigeration Engineer Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commercial/industrial Refrigeration Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Hold a Full UK driving licence.
* Proficient knowledge of various commercial refrigeration systems and their components.
* Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles related to refrigeration equipment.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Outstanding customer service skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with clients.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different client locations as required.
* Relevant certifications such as City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) or equivalent are preferred.
* Co2 experience preferred
