Im hiring on behalf of one of my agency clients in the centre of Leeds, theyve got a hybrid set up and a pretty sizeable benefits package. Its a full service agency, with a handful of clients on the eCommerce side, which is where you come in.
The focus of the role will be as follows:
60% hands-on eCommerce management full ownership over P&L, web management, day to day trading, reporting, merchandising, product setup etc. even a bit of affiliate channel management and email marketing. This will be for 2 or 3 eCommerce brands, who fully outsource this function to them
40% consulting, analysis and advisory running cross-team audits and mapping out what the agency can offer to new clients AND acting as a consultant to existing clients who manage the day to day running of their eCommerce output but come to the agency for more strategic guidance
It will be a hugely collaborative role, seeing you work with multiple internal teams, from web development to PPC, social media and design. Youll gather data from each team to pull together recommendations for clients, and youll brief into them for work needed for your role web banners, landing pages etc.
Were looking for someone experienced who would value the autonomy and strategic focus this role offers. Youll have a good bit of experience behind you and will be comfortable in a client facing role a role where lots of things will need to be juggled and prioritised.
Ideally youll have managed all things eCommerce for a couple of brands concurrently or youll come from an agency background where youre used to the variety and pace that comes with it.
We just need the eCommerce skills, the rest can be picked up on the job, so this is a great chance to get a bit closer to the detail, be the one making recommendations to clients and having more oversight across all marketing channels.
Its a role where youll really develop your skillset and grow and progress with the agency.
