About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: · Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment. · Support students with diverse SEN needs, ensuring inclusion and engagement. · Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere. · Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to uphold high standards of care and education.
