Cover Shop Manager – Blackpool area

Hours: 40 hours per week / full-time / £29,780 per annum
S&PB Retail Ltd operates shops across North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and Midlands.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day shop operations and drive sales growth.
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Train, develop and motivate the team.
* Maintain hygiene and food‑safety compliance.
* Apply a strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality.
Requirements
* Background in retail management, ideally within a food environment (not essential).
* Strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
