Job Description: \n\n Overview \n\n Reporting to the Production Support Leader, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: \n\n\n* Controlling and maintaining consumable materials and tooling \n\n* Liaison with Facilities and Services to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements and delivery requirements. \n\n* Management interface between Tool Control Centre and Operations (Calibration Process). \n\n* Support Capex projects and facility improvements \n\n* Assessing continuous improvement opportunities and implementing new process in line with lean manufacturing principles.
\n\n* Support Safety engineer with regard to compliance to health, safety & environmental issues \n\n* NPO analysis, control and reporting. \n\n* Support and maintenance of lean manufacturing system. \n\n* 5C/housekeeping.
\n\n* Visual management process \n\n* Process improvement activity. \n\n\n\n Key Attributes: \n\n* The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: \n\n* General knowledge and experience of the aircraft assembly tools and techniques that apply to the stage to which you’re applying. \n\n* Experience of tooling and site procedures.
