We specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies, and we’re on the lookout for a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to lead our CBT and EMDR team. Experience in EMDR is a plus!

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to balance service-based and home working (minimum 2 days in service based on need).

We have both permanent and fixed-term contract positions available for 12 months.
Main Responsibilities
As a High Intensity Team Leader, you will:
* Manage your own caseload while supervising therapists and line managing trainees.
* Provide leadership in High-Intensity service delivery.
* Mentor and support therapists in their development and well-being.
* Manage waiting lists, group sessions, and one-on-one capacity.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced High Intensity Therapist ready to step into a Team Leader role. You should possess:
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively to support staff well-being and build relationships with external providers.
* A special interest in cultural diversity, long-term conditions, medically unexplained symptoms, veterans, peri-natal issues, offenders, older adults, and learning disabilities.
Completion of an IAPT Supervision Course is required.
