TrustMark is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of our impactful marketing strategy, contributing to the delivery of campaigns, communications, and engaging content.
About the Role
As our new Marketing Assistant, you will provide proactive support to the Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing, playing an integral role in day-to-day activities. You'll help coordinate multi-channel campaigns, create and manage content, and ensure our messaging is consistent and aligned with brand standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a budding marketing professional to gain valuable hands-on experience and make a real difference.
The ideal candidate will have -
* Experience in a similar role or a marketing/business-related qualification.
* Genuine passion for marketing and eagerness to grow.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using social media (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube).
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Familiar with tools like WordPress, social media/email platforms, and scheduling tools.
* Curious and digitally savvy – open to using AI tools for content and insights.
* A positive team player who can engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Takes ownership and follows through on tasks.
You may also have:
* Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (e.g. Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
* Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
