Join Our Team: Part-Time Associate Opportunity for Counselling or Clinical Psychologists
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist to join our private practice as a part-time, self-employed associate.
We’re looking for psychologists interested in offering hybrid sessions —some face-to-face appointments at our Wimbledon Clinic and some online.
At Resilient Wellbeing Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based, integrative, and compassionate care. We’re seeking like-minded practitioners who share our values and are dedicated to offering exceptional therapy in a supportive, professional environment.
We are looking for:
· A HCPC-registered Counselling or Clinical Psychologist, practising within ethical and professional
guidelines.
· A practitioner with an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from at least two evidence-based models.
· Significant experience supporting clients with a range of mental health difficulties and severity levels.
· A practitioner with robust risk management practices.
· A practitioner who holds current professional indemnity insurance.
· A reliable, accountable professional committed to attending sessions booked on their behalf within agreed hours.
· Availability of 4–6 hours per week, with the potential to increase over time.
· Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills.
What we offer:
· A steady stream of referrals to help grow your private caseload.
· No admin hassle – we take care of all admin: appointment booking, reminders, referral screening, invoicing, billing, and between-session communications.
· Clients matched to you based on your specialist areas and preferences.
· Reliable monthly payments, based on the hours you work.
· Online visibility via our clinic website.
· Full induction and ongoing support with our practice systems and procedures.
· Flexible working hours that fit around your schedule.
· A newly refurbished therapy room, designed to offer a calm, elegant, and professional space.
Pay: £60 per hour
