How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?

Our colleagues' wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we're always looking for new ways to improve everyone's work/life balance. We're taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

If the trial is a success, we'll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there's never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG

Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.

Our well-established Clinical Team supports a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do. All our settings maintain a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.

When it comes to looking after our pupils, we strive for excellence, which is why we are the leading service provider in the UK. With this in mind, we are looking for a Practitioner Psychologist who shares our vision: to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people in the UK to be happy and to make their way in the world.
