We're now looking for a skilled, motivated, and forward-thinking professional to join our Senior Management Team as Director of Corporate Services & Finance.
This is a pivotal leadership role, where you'll lead on Corporate Services, Finance, HR, and Administration - ensuring that PlayBoard has strong systems, effective governance, and sound financial management to secure our future and help us deliver even greater impact for children, families, and communities.
Your Role
As a key member of our Senior Management Team, working closely with the Chief Executive, you will:
* Lead on all aspects of finance and management accounting, making sure budgets are managed effectively and income opportunities are maximised.
* Oversee HR and administration, embedding best practice and ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Provide strategic financial insight to colleagues and the Board, shaping decisions that drive the organisation forward.
* Ensure good governance and compliance, supporting the Board to meet all legal and regulatory responsibilities.
* Play an influential role in shaping PlayBoard's strategy, strengthening our ability to deliver on our mission now and in the future.

* You'll be a confident and experienced leader with a strong background in finance and corporate services. You'll bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire others. Above all, you'll share our passion for making a difference and helping PlayBoard continue to grow as a trusted, impactful organisation.
