Job Description
Large housing provider in Gloucestershire are currently looking for a building surveyor to join their expanding property services team.
Purpose of the role: Supporting the client's Planned Programme by managing large contracts to deliver high quality, investments and improvements across the client's stock. Ensuring that the client's assets are improved in accordance with agreed standards and meet all regulatory requirements, including Home England’s Decent Homes Standard.
Experience & Qualifications:
* * Substantial experience, at a surveyor level, of Asset Management, Property Investment and Public Procurement.
* * Proven track record of managing £1million+ planned improvement projects resources, budgets and contracts with an ability to identify and eliminate risks, ensuring value for money and the delivery of high-quality services whilst making sound financial judgements based on solid experience.
* * Substantial experience of delivering successful outcomes through robust performance management, together with proven project management experience.

£43200 per annum plus additional benefits
