Location: Newbury + Hybrid. Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits. Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
Hybrid working approach allows employees to work both in the office and at home. The company does not require specific days, but asks people to come into the office 2‑3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. Employees should work with their line manager to understand expectations for their role and team.
What you’ll do
- Lead change adoption for ND&I transformation initiatives, working closely with Transformation Leads to translate intent into practical, people‑centred change plans.
- Assess change impacts across roles, processes, skills, behaviours and governance, shaping the right interventions for each stakeholder group.
- Develop and deliver change strategies and plans (readiness, adoption, reinforcement) tailored to ND&I’s operational environment.
- Identify adoption risks early and drive proactive mitigation actions to minimise disruption and resistance.
- Build strong partnership with business leaders, enabling them to champion and role‑model change within their teams.
- Design and deliver clear, concise and engaging communications to support understanding, alignment and confidence during transformation.
- Create enablement materials and guidance that help teams transition to new processes, tools and ways of working.
- Define, track and interpret adoption and behavioural KPIs (usage, compliance, capability uplift, WoW adherence) and provide actionable insights.
- Embed new ways of working into BAU processes, governance cycles and performance rhythms to ensure change is sustained.
- Support post‑implementation reviews, validating whether behaviour change has stuck and whether benefits are being realised.
Who you are
- Strong experience in enterprise or operational change management within complex organisations.
- Deep understanding of behaviour change principles, adoption drivers and operating model impacts.
- Ability to turn abstract or strategic change into practical, actionable plans for frontline and operational teams.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with confidence to challenge constructively where adoption is at risk.
- Data‑literate: able to define, track and interpret change, usage and behavioural metrics.
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives without losing clarity or quality.
- Proven ability to create clear, audience‑appropriate communications that drive understanding and alignment.
- Ability to work effectively with Transformation Specialists, SMEs and operational leaders while maintaining role clarity.
