Overview

Join to apply for the G4 Operations Manager role at Coast Concrete Services.

Hours: 17.5 hours per week. Vacancy: Permanent. Work pattern: see below.


Responsibilities

* Provide leadership for the operational and strategic functions of Adult Services within the Hamilton Locality, including the management, delivery, and development of the service.
* Direct line management responsibility for front-line staff and report to the Fieldwork Manager.
* Contribute to the development of roles and responsibilities as described in the attached Job Profile.
* Engage in assessment, risk assessment, and related social work practice, with knowledge of Self-Directed Support and associated legislation.


Qualifications and requirements

* Qualified Social Worker and Council Officer, preferably with a Senior Practitioner background.
* Experience in social work practice, including assessment and risk assessment, and the ability to manage staff.
* Knowledge and understanding of Assessment, Self-Directed Support, Risk assessment, and related legislation.
* Ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
* Eligibility to participate in recruitment checks and PVG scheme as required.
