Role: Admissions Assistant

The Role:
The Admission Assistant supports the admissions team in processing student applications, providing information to prospective students, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the processing of student applications.
· Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, or in person.
· Schedule interviews, campus tours, and appointments for applicants.
· Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy.
· Maintain and update student application records in the admissions database.
· Support recruitment events such as open houses, campus visits, and outreach programs.
· Liaise with academic departments and administrative offices as needed.
· Generate reports on application and admission statistics.
· Follow up with applicants regarding missing or additional documentation.
· Ensure compliance with institutional policies and privacy regulations.
Education, Skills and Requirements:
· Minimum of a high school/college education or equivalent
· Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
· Experience in a higher education setting is an asset.
· DBS Required
