Our client is established as the leading medical services provider for the education sector, their services are now used by over 150 of the UK’s leading schools and clubs, delivering approximately 30,000 patient appointments each year.
Due to their continued expansion, they have recently opened a London Clinic and are looking to hire a proactive and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of their services and strengthen engagement with clients, schools, partners, and the wider community.
This role plays a key part in driving business development by
* Managing leads
* Maintaining the CRM
* Designing and delivering marketing campaigns
* Coordinating events
* Producing communications that showcase their services and innovations.
This is a varied role that combines organisation, creativity, and communication, offering excellent exposure across the business. It will be a Hybrid role with days working in the London location.
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and basic marketing tools.
* Creative, curious, and able to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and communications.
* Confident in producing content and supporting events.
* Comfortable working across departments and engaging with clients.
