£35,000 base + £70,000-£80,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission | Fast Progression

Are you looking to kickstart or accelerate your career in B2B sales with a role that offers real earning potential, structured training and clear progression?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing, global logistics and solutions provider where you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and build long‑term relationships with business clients.


The Opportunity

You’ll step into a 360‑degree sales role, responsible for everything from prospecting and outreach through to closing deals and managing your own portfolio of clients.

This is a role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships and driving revenue, while also developing into a trusted advisor to customers.

You will be backed by a structured training programme and continuous support, giving you everything you need to succeed and progress quickly.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Building and managing your own pipeline through proactive outreach and prospecting
* Identifying opportunities with small to medium‑size businesses and pitching tailored solutions
* Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing value
* Managing accounts post‑sale and ensuring a high level of service and retention
* Negotiating and closing deals to drive consistent revenue growth
* Working towards clear targets with the opportunity to significantly boost earnings through commission
