About the role
We are seeking experienced Stage Managers to join our technical teams at sea. In this role, you will manage scenery, props, and operate stage automation and performer flying controls for our nightly productions. You will work with advanced technology and lead the backstage team alongside the Entertainment Technical Manager.
Skills and experience
* Stage management qualification and/or relevant professional experience at sea, in theatre, or touring environments.
* Experience building and maintaining stage sets, scenery, and props.
* Experience operating and maintaining stage automation and aerial flying systems.
* Understanding of health and safety procedures in theatre environments.
* Basic knowledge of sound and lighting operation.
* Basic IT and computer skills.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
* Sea-going experience is desirable.
Contract information
The contract duration is a minimum of 6 months, with competitive pay, all meals, and a single occupancy cabin. Valid STCW certification (or willingness to obtain) and an ENG1 or PEME medical certificate are required.
