We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join a busy and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fast paced and varied role where you'll be involved in food preparation, serving and maintaining high standards of hygiene during the breakfast, lunch or dinner services.
* Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday to include 1 day at the weekend. Predominantly 12PM - 8:30PM shifts

As the Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring salad counters and servery area are clean and ready for each service
2. Ensure that the crockery, cutlery and glasses are clean and presented correctly.
3. Assist with any food preparation as required.
4. Provide an efficient, caring and friendly service to all customers.
5. Work in all areas to include front of house, plate and pot wash on a rota basis and any other areas of hospitality around the site.
