This role is to cover maternity and is ideal for anyone who wants a taste of what it's like to be a Senior Support Worker. Priority Childcare provides real support from real people. Responsibilities
* Act as shift leader
* Assist in ensuring service standards are maintained.
* Participating in the on-call rota.
* Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
* Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
* Promote and celebrate homes achievements.
Qualifications
* Experience in a support environment.
* Driving License.
* NVQ/QCF level 3 qualified.
* Knowledge of statutory regulations.
* Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
* Upload company policies and standards.
* Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
* Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.
