You will be responsible for developing cutting‑edge electronic solutions for weapon systems, including onboard missile subsystems and land, sea, and air firing units. Your role will entail ensuring the quality and performance of the electronic solution while providing cost and schedule updates to a project manager.

Responsibilities
* Develop cutting‑edge electronic solutions for weapon systems, including onboard missile subsystems and land, sea, and air firing units, ensuring quality and performance while updating project manager on cost and schedule.
* Maintain electronic design capability throughout the product life cycle, from early concept to production, covering power and analogue electronics at sub‑system and board levels.
* Liaise with other domains—software, firmware, mechanical, environmental, EMC—to guarantee design compliance with all requirements and deliver world‑class missile solutions.
Essential Skills
* Degree qualified with significant post‑qualification experience in electronic design, development, and delivery.
* Ability to lead substantial electronic design work packages and collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team, understanding associated challenges.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and deep knowledge of a broad range of electronic technologies and products.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders across the business.
