Fine Art Account Coordinator duties include :
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact via phone, email, and in-person.
* Coordinate with the team and department heads to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
* Follow internal procedures, processes, and health & safety regulations.
* Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting accurately.
* Attend training and professional development as required.
* Promote professionalism and high standards across all interactions.
* Be flexible to support other departments or work away from the office when needed.
* Manage incoming calls and client enquiries efficiently.
We are keen to speak to candidates who have experience in client management or account coordination, ideally within logistics, shipping, or fine art sectors.
