We’re supporting an ambitious new business aiming to set an elite standard in vehicle wrapping, graphics, and signage. Backed by a founder with years of industry experience, their goal is to deliver exceptional quality, outstanding customer service, and become the most trusted name in the transport and fleet sector by 2030.
This is the first hire into the business, which means big opportunity and big reward. You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in the day-to-day administration, service, and operations of the company. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and full of potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a small business, not a corporate environment, where no two days will be the same. One day you might be handling admin and stock, the next supporting the workshop team, creating content for social media, or helping with a client handover. Your role will include:
General administration, including finance admin such as invoices, purchase orders etc
Keeping the day-to-day ticking – managing calendars, appointments & organising the chaos
Speaking to suppliers and ordering stock
Creating and capturing marketing content with support from our marketing partner
Supporting the workshop – prepping vehicles, applying graphics and mucking in when needed In short, you’ll be the founder’s right-hand person, handling the operational and admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Who We’re Looking For
Skills can be taught, but mindset and attitude can’t. We’re looking for someone who:
Has an interest in vehicles, graphics, mechanics, or similar
Has previous experience in customer service, admin, operations, or marketing
Is happy getting stuck in with anything – admin, marketing, vehicle prep
Is trustworthy, dependable, and someone the founder can rely on every day
Wants to learn, grow, and take on more – the aim is for this role to grow into Workshop Manager, Head of Ops, or even Managing Director What You’ll Get in Return
Salary £28k - £30k
