Role: Community Care Worker

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. it’s an opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of adults, offering the support they need to thrive in their own homes. Whether it’s complex clinical care or helping someone maintain their independence, your contribution will be invaluable.
As part of this role, you will be supporting a service user that has a chromosome deficit that impacts his cognition although he is not diagnosed with a learning disability.
The shifts for this role include days (8am – 8pm) and sleeping nights (8pm – 8am).
As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including:
- Personal Care and Support: Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
- Live-in Care: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most
- Specialist Clinical Care: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence
- Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering compassionate care during life’s most challenging moments
We understand that each person’s needs are different, and that’s why we focus on delivering care that’s as unique as they are
You’ll receive specialist clinical training and ongoing support, allowing you to steer your career in the direction you choose.
A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
