Corporate Lawyer
A growing corporate team is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their Leeds office at Associate or Principal Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong transactional experience to work on a range of corporate deals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations.
* Draft and negotiate transaction documentation, conduct due diligence, and prepare client advice.
* Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and cross-border corporate matters.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
The Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate law.
* Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
* Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
Benefits & Working Pattern
* £80,000-£100,000 salary (DOE).
