Role: Baggage Handlers / Customer Support Operatives
Location: Stoke-on-Trent Train Station
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Duration: Immediate start – approximately 2 – 4 weeks
Overview
We are seeking several baggage handlers/customer services operatives to work at Stoke-on-Trent Train station. You will need to be reliable and customer-focused individuals to assist passengers with their luggage and provide general support around the station. This is a vital role in ensuring a smooth and accessible travel experience for all customers.
Responsibilities
* Assist passengers with their luggage and provide general station support
* Ensure a smooth and accessible travel experience for all customers
Shifts
* Monday to Saturday: Early Shift 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* Monday to Saturday: Late Shift 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
* Sunday: Early Shift 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
* Sunday: Late Shift 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
