Herefordshire Council is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their dynamic Assessment and Support Service. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to a diverse team, including experienced Social Workers, ASYE practitioners, and student Social Workers on placement.
The role involves supporting the development of the Assessment and Support Service, links with early help services, and high-level partnership working. The overall objective is to ensure children and families receive the right help at the right time, making sustainable improvements in terms of outcomes.
