This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious manufacturing professional with strong leadership capability to join a forward-thinking organisation that values quality, teamwork, operational excellence, and employee development.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Manufacturing Cell Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities within a designated production cell, ensuring targets are achieved across safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.</p><p>Working on a permanent day shift pattern, you will lead, coach, and develop a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilst supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high operational standards.</p><p>The role requires a proactive and hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive performance whilst fostering a positive team culture.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Leading and motivating the production team to achieve daily operational targets</li><li>Supporting and developing team members through coaching, mentoring, and training</li><li>Ensuring SOPs, work instructions, and training matrices are maintained and followed</li><li>Overseeing quality control processes including incoming goods inspection, in-process testing, and final product release</li><li>Maintaining accurate production documentation and records</li><li>Promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement</li><li>Supporting lean manufacturing initiatives and operational efficiency improvements</li></ul></div>
