EC&I Department Head (Senior Techical Consultant)
Key location: Billingham (some travel required)

We are currently recruiting for a EC&I Department Head on behalf of our sister company TUV Rheinland Industrial Services (TRIS). The suitable person must be a graduate Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineer, chartered with a mimimum of 10 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare scopes of work and estimates to support proposals.
2. Assist in preparing project documents including scopes, schedules and reports.
3. Deliver the EC&I engineering design scope to budgets and programmes.
4. Co-ordinate/liaise with EC&I and other Engineering disciplines/client/package vendors.
5. Design authority for all EC&I
