Key Responsibilities
* Design and optimise high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure in modern C++ (C++17/20)
* Develop and fine-tune order execution and risk management systems, ensuring robustness and efficiency
* Optimise CPU performance, memory management, and multi-threaded applications for peak efficiency
* Implement and refine networking performance, including TCP/UDP tuning and kernel bypass techniques (AF_XDP, DPDK)
* Benchmark, profile, and debug real-time systems, reducing latency and maximising throughput
* Collaborate with quantitative researchers, traders, and infrastructure engineers to improve execution speed
* Ensure fault tolerance and system resilience, maintaining seamless operation for continuous trading
What You Bring...
* 3+ years of experience in high-performance, low-latency C++ development
* Proven ability to optimise network performance (TCP/UDP), including kernel bypass
* Expert-level proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) and deep systems programming knowledge
* Strong experience in multi-threading, concurrency, and Linux-based performance tuning
* Hands-on experience with real-time, high-throughput systems in a latency-sensitive environment
* (Preferred) Familiarity with C# code generation for trading infrastructure automation
* (Preferred) Experience with AWS cloud environments, on-prem clusters (HTCondor), or quantitative trading systems
