Responsibilities
* Leading a high‑performing telesales team: coaching, motivating, and developing agents to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
* Driving daily performance: monitoring call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline quality to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
* Managing warm‑lead sales operations: overseeing teams handling high‑volume inbound and outbound warm calls from UK estate agents.
* Ensuring exceptional product knowledge: empowering your team to confidently sell broadband, energy, and household utilities from major brands including SKY, Virgin, and TalkTalk.
* Optimising lead journeys: ensuring agents identify the correct lead provider and match customers to the most suitable products.
* Championing customer experience: maintaining high service standards across every interaction.
* Reporting and forecasting: providing accurate performance insights to senior leadership.
* Recruiting and onboarding talent: helping shape the future of the department as we continue to grow.
* Fostering a positive, competitive culture: leading from the front and setting the tone for success.
Qualifications
* Proven sales leadership experience — minimum 2 years managing a sales or telesales team.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: Competitive base + £50,000+ OTE (Uncapped). Bonus: £500 probation completion bonus. Overtime available at time and a half, including weekends and bank holidays.
