We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their parts needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring that all parts are accurately ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Duties
* Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs.
* Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and stored.
* Utilise Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels and manage orders efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that all parts meet quality standards.
* Process orders accurately and handle any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
* Stay updated on new products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing inventory data.
* Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Previous experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
