My client is urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership on a short-term basis. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
2. Manageplex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
3. Take accurate and professional meeting minutes
4. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using advanced MS Office tools
5. Liaise confidently with internal and external contacts
6. Prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines autonomously
7. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Candidate Requirements
8. Proven experience supporting senior-level professionals
9. Able to work full-time on-site in Hemel Hempstead (5 days/week)
10. Strong initiative and ability to work independently
11. Experience in large matrix organisations; public sector background is a plus
12. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
13. Excellent diary management and minute-taking skills
