About the RoleThe work will include case management and direct work with children, young people and their families providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people. It will also involve leading Team Around the Family/Child in Need meetings and delivering a range of evidence-based group programmes to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service both within the Children and Family Centre and at outreach venues.
