Are you looking to get into your first technical role? A growing and well-established business is looking for a Trainee Software Support Analyst to join their team. You don't need loads of experience, just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology. Full training is provided.
This is a hands-on role where you'll quickly gain real exposure, build technical knowledge, and develop into a fully-fledged support professional.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting users with system access, setup, and day-to-day queries
Assisting with onboarding new customers onto internal platforms
Troubleshooting issues and working to find practical solutions
Supporting system configuration and basic technical tasks
Monitoring usage and working with internal teams where needed
Gaining exposure to different systems, tools, and user environments
Occasional site visits to support customers face-to-faceYou'll also get involved in general team support and admin, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how the business operates.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
A genuine interest in IT / software / tech
Organised, proactive, and willing to learn
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Office skillsAny experience in customer service, admin, or support is a bonus, but not essential.
