Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Music lessons across all key stages.
2. Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum, including Sixth Form provision.
3. Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
4. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and curriculum innovation.
6. Lead or support extracurricular activities, including ensembles, performances, concerts, and productions.
7. Engage fully in professional development and school improvement initiatives.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
8. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
9. Is passionate about Music education and inspiring young people through creativity and performance.
10. Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to student success.
11. Is excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing Sixth Form Music offer.
12. Has the ambition to contribute to wider school life and future leadership opportunities.
