Seeking an organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support operations. Hours of Work: 3 full days or part time school days Key Responsibilities: Collate and prepare information packs for internal teams and clients Accurately process customer orders through internal systems Liaise with suppliers to obtain product details, updates, and delivery timelines Handle customer queries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in person Assist customers with product information and general service enquiries Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document filing, and updating internal records Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks and coordination when required Person / Experience Required Previous experience in an administration or office support role Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confident dealing with customers and suppliers in a professional manner IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and customer/order systems Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude A team player who is happy to support others and get involved in all aspects of the role Please note:As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
