They offer a supportive, team‑focused environment where employees play a key role in driving operational success.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>This is a varied and integral position combining customer service, order management, and production planning. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service while supporting the smooth running of operations.</p><p>Acting as the central point of communication, you’ll liaise with customers, planning, procurement, and operations teams to keep orders moving, resolve issues quickly, and ensure plans remain on track.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Customer Care
<ul><li>Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery</li><li>Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution</li><li>Produce accurate quotes, credits, and invoices</li><li>Communicate any delays and manage customer expectations</li><li>Monitor open orders and flag any risks to delivery targets</li><li>Maintain price lists and system data</li><li>Update logistics plans and internal reporting</li></ul></li><li>Production Planning
<ul><li>Run stock reports and support demand planning</li><li>Create and maintain production schedules</li><li>Provide lead times for out‑of‑stock items</li><li>Monitor daily plans and elevate potential delays</li><li>Support operational updates and reporting</li></ul></li><li>Procurement Support
