Alexander Steele are working with an established food manufacturing business in South Wales which are looking to recruit a Night Shift Production Shift Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience working in an FMCG environment and managing a production team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure output targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved.
* Lead, coach, and develop the shift team, promoting strong performance, accountability, and engagement across all areas of the operation.
* Coordinate labour and resources effectively, ensuring efficient utilisation of people, materials, and equipment throughout the shift.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), taking proactive action to address issues and drive operational improvements.
* Ensure clear communication and effective shift handovers, maintaining continuity of operations and alignment with site priorities.

* Monday to Thursday - 6pm -6am
