About the Role:
As a Workshop Controller, you'll be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our workshop. Your responsibilities will include:
11. Leading and managing a team of technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
12. Planning and scheduling workshop activities to optimize efficiency and meet customer deadlines.
13. Monitoring workflow and resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
14. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
15. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
16. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
17. Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar leadership role in the automotive repair industry.
18. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
19. Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on optimizing workflow and resource technical knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures.
20. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
21. Full & valid driving license is essential
22. Relevant qualifications or certifications (., ATA accreditation) would be advantageous.
