Key Responsibilities
Youll be responsible for the safe and professional collection and delivery of customer vehicles. Day to day, youll be:
Contacting customers prior to arrival
Completing Job Pack paperwork accurately
Completing Vehicle Condition Reports and supporting images
Following company driving & recovery procedures at all times
Complying with Tachograph and Driver Hour regulations (where applicable)
Ensuring payments such as Policy Excess and VAT Bills are processed before leaving site (with support from the Transport Manager if needed)
Checking courtesy cars are roadworthy and reporting issues promptly
Handling customer queries professionally and respectfully
Planning your workload effectively with a customer-first mindset
Supporting vehicle movement in/out of workshop areas
Washing vehicles when required
Handling vehicle movements for salvage agents
What Were Looking For
Must be 21+ with a full UK driving licence
C1E / CE Licence (capable of driving up to 7.5 tonnes)
Valid Driver Qualification Card + Digi Tachograph Card
Experience in vehicle recovery preferred
Physically capable of securing and moving vehicles/equipment
Strong team player with a flexible, positive, can-do attitude
Takes ownership and works responsibly
