This home‑based role covers Hampshire and Sussex, requiring a full UK driving licence and residency in the region, as customer visits are essential.
Role Overview
* Manage high‑value property claims from start to finish, ensuring a customer‑centric and cost‑effective approach.
* Operate from home, with travel across the UK as needed; company car provided.
* Work within agreed financial authority limits and deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For
* Claims Expertise: Experience handling claims of £100,000 or more preferred.
* Professional Qualifications: Cert CII or CILA required; working towards Dip CII is a plus but not mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Strong grasp of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting, and ABI report writing.
* Building Knowledge: Familiarity with property reinstatement, building regulations, and tendering processes is advantageous.
* Customer Commitment: Proven ability to manage claims end‑to‑end, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
