We are seeking a passionate Power BI expert with experience in contact centre data to create compelling visual reports that enhance performance and support strategic decision-making. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into user-friendly solutions are essential.
We’re looking for a Data Visualisation Lead to join our Performance team, either remotely or based in our offices in Salford Quays, Manchester, or Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
This role involves developing data visualisation reports and insights to foster understanding, improve operational performance, and inform broader business strategies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to deliver high-quality, easily digestible data visualisations aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining data visualisation reports and analyses that benefit the entire business, guiding strategies and service delivery
* Engaging with stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements
* Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights
* Validating data accuracy
* Identifying key themes and making strategic recommendations
* Providing trend analysis to identify variations, opportunities, and risks
* Applying best practices in data visualisation, including colour, layout, and interactivity, and maintaining dashboards to quality standards
* Continuously enhancing reporting capabilities by staying informed on latest innovations
* Communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders for strategic decision-making
* Documenting visualisation developments to ensure knowledge sharing
* Coaching colleagues in data visualisation techniques and delegating responsibilities as appropriate
* Serving as a Subject Matter Expert in data visualisation through experience or qualifications
* Adhering to the Group Code of Conduct, Fitness and Propriety policies, and company standards
* Performing any other reasonable duties as required
Experience & Knowledge:
* Background in data visualisation, including development, deployment, and self-service enablement
* Strong technical knowledge of Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and similar tools
* Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance products, processes, and services
* Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
* Capacity to work under pressure with multiple requests
* Experience in transforming data consumption culture from hindsight to insight
* Understanding of current market trends in visualisation
* Knowledge of FCA requirements, including Consumer Duty responsibilities
