They’re now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client relationships and uncover project opportunities across key sectors including rail, stadiums, hotels, education, and healthcare.

Identifying and converting new business opportunities across commercial sectors
Engaging with end-users, consultants, and key decision-makers across rail, hospitality, healthcare, education, and leisure
Promoting bespoke subcontracting services for commercial interiors, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
Completing PQQs and updating client information via CRM
Building long-term relationships to generate consistent pipeline and repeat businessWhat You’ll Need
Proven outbound B2B sales experience – ideally within construction, subcontracting or related sectors
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Interest in the construction industry and confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Basic IT skills and willingness to pick up internal systems
