The Role
* As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
* Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen.
* Your team will look up to you, it\'s essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
* You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.
What We Looking For

* Must have minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at

* Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, loves to have fun
* Personal License holder beneficial
