Role: Finance Manager Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 DOE Location: Glasgow This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly qualified accountant or an ambitious first or second mover looking to fast-track their career within a dynamic, international business. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of management accounting, control accounts, fixed assets, and revenue recognition Design, prepare and enhance monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for both local leadership and the Group Lead cashflow forecasting, budgeting cycles, and short-term financial planning Act as a finance business partner, influencing decisions and supporting growth projects Support and enhance financial systems, controls, and audit readiness International and intercompany accounting and compliance Corporation tax packs and reporting Direct line management to a small, established team, supporting their continued development Ideal Experience Newly qualified CA / ACCA / CIMA, or up to 23 years post-qualified experience Strong financial reporting, control, and Excel skills; ERP experience is advantageous Demonstrated ability to analyse, communicate, and improve processes Team player with initiative, commercial curiosity, and an eye for FP&A A self-starter, detail-oriented and deadline-driven This role suits those who are career-driven and eager to broaden their experience in a high-impact finance position.
