Role Purpose
A dynamic new opportunity to join Infinigate as a Senior Marketing Manager has recently arisen within our UK&I marketing team due to an enhanced team design. This role is responsible for creatively translating vendor and business priorities into integrated go-to-market plans that maximise vendor investment and delivering measurable ROI. Success in this role means driving partner growth, enhancing end-user demand generation and becoming a prime contributor to the sales pipeline.
Opportunities of this impact and scale do not come around often at Infinigate and we are pleased to offer this position with hybrid working, ideally based from our South Cerney office. This position includes leadership responsibilities for a close-knit team as well as cohesive liaison with wider marketing and vendor teams based across our 4 UK offices. A driver’s license and access to a vehicle would be ideal for role travel commitments.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Work closely with vendor sales to understand priorities, sales objectives and the business plans to develop best-practice marketing plan aligned to these goals
* Develop integrated marketing plans designed maximise both vendor investment and return on investment – focusing on measurable ROI, outcomes and sales pipeline as a measure for success.
* Develop channel recruitment, onboarding and growth programmes aligned to vendor requirements and using Infinigate go-to-market programme frameworks.
* Execute vendor plans to a high standard within agreed timescales, leveraging the wider Infinigate marketing function & specialists such as Social Media and Design resource. You will utilise marketing Tools and Platforms for effective delivery and consistency of execution.
* Understand and priorities the Infinigate Marketing team objectives and key success factors to contribute towards overall team goals
* Support key partners with marketing activities leveraging Infinigate’s marketing services and best-practice programmes, to drive end-user pipeline generation
* Manage budgets for all activities, and oversea the MDF Claims within financial planning processes working with Finance Admin team for day-to-day support and ensure ISO standards are adhered to.
* Manage, track and report on activities using lead management tools, collaborating with sales and vendor teams to maximise conversion rates
* Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day line management of the Marketing Managers, support for personal development of the team, 1-2-1s and appraisals will be provided by the Marketing Director but your input will be valuable in ensuring team development and growth
General Skills
* Minimum 10 + years marketing experience with 5 years in IT and ideally with distribution experience.,
* Ideally experience of team leading or people management
* Has developed and executed tactical and strategic marketing plans with/and for vendors
* Demonstrates that they have worked effectively with sales and vendor management teams to deliver impactful marketing plans aligned to sales objectives
* Demonstrates good team work and interpersonal skills
* Has a strong overall knowledge of IT markets such as: Cybersecurity, Network Infrastructure & Cloud
* Strong writing, creative and communication skills
* Good IT skills within main software productivity packages (MS office etc.)

* Up to £50,000 base salary per annum plus £10,000 variable commission paid quarterly
