Job Description
3. Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes for the organisation.
4. Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of salaries and deductions.
5. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
7. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure payroll alignment with financial policies.
8. Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports as required.
9. Identify and implement process improvements within payroll operations.
10. Assist with any audits or inspections related to payroll functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temp Payroll Lead should have:
11. Proven experience in payroll management within the Not For Profit sector.
12. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
