Make A Difference Everyday
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at a 19 bedded residential home. Our facility specializes in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities, dementia and respite care.
What you’ll be Doing
* Provide personalized care and support to residents
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation
* Implement and follow individualized care plans
* Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities
* Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism
* Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
What You’ll Need
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others.
* Experience working with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour
* Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care. xsngvjr
* Must be trained in Moving & Handling.
