What you’ll be doing
As a qualified Dispensing Optician, you will be providing a high level of customer care and expert advice to make a real difference to our customers and keep them coming back. You will work in one of our stores, reporting to the Store Manager.
Key responsibilities
* Providing clinical support in store for regulated dispensing
* Inspiring the Optical team by sharing knowledge to offer the best service.
* Listening to the needs of customers and offering expertise and advice.
* Helping customers choose the correct eyewear and ensuring the best product suited to their needs.
* Supporting the team to deliver an efficient model day and operational processes to ensure legal trade compliance.
* Providing expert knowledge for patients with specialist requirements.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
* Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
* Passion for learning and development, completing all CPD training as part of the GOC requirement.
